Standard deliveries have a 2 business days transit time.

Note: If order is placed on Friday before 6PM (PT) delivery will be on Monday.
If order is placed on Saturday or Sunday delivery will be on Wednesday.

Warehouse Pick Up
Orders can be ready within 45 minutes. For Same Day Warehouse Pickup, your order must be submitted by 4pm local time Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm local time, may not be available until the next business day. We will call you when your order is ready for pick up.
You have to Pickup your item at our Warehouse: Must show your original ID and the Credit Card you used in the purchase in order to Pickup your item. Our Warehouse closes at 7pm
Note: If order is placed on Friday after 7pm, Saturday or Sunday, Pickup will be available
until Monday.

What is a special order? A special order item is any product that is not part of our regular stock.
Expected arrival. Normally, most special orders arrive between 4 and 8 weeks. Due to COVID-19, some items will take between 10-16 weeks. We stay in communication with our supplier to make sure you know about the expected arrival date and any changes that might occur.
Special order refunds and returns. Unfortunately, special orders are not refundable or returnable. Please make sure your order is accurate before you place it.
