Online and In-Store Purchase Return Policy


STANDARD POLICY

We accept product returns, provided the product is in new condition and all original boxes and/or packaging are intact within 7 days of delivery with 20% restocking fee and a new delivery charge if items need to be picked up from your home.

EXCEPTION TO THE STANDARD POLICY

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items may not be returned or exchanged - only repaired as deemed appropriate by us:

  • Products that have been modified, customized, abused, or damaged.
  • Products that have become insect-infested
  • Air conditioners, fans, heaters, video games, software, blank media, or toys - unless the box has never been opened
  • Items that would be unsanitary to re-sell: including linens, pillows, bedding, mattresses, box springs and foundations, etc.
  • Special-ordered products

Non-Refundable Services:

Delivery, labor, and installation charges will not be credited or refunded after the service is performed.

Mattresses are not returnable

Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in-store credit only.

"As-Is" and "Floor Model" Products:

Products marked as "As Is" or "Floor Model" do not qualify for exchanges or refunds - only repairs. Defects that were known and disclosed at the time of purchase are not eligible for repair.

IMPORTANT

A "Restocking fee" Will Be Charged for the Following:

Any returned product that is missing the original box, packing materials, contents, accessories, and/or manual is subject to a restocking fee, as in any product not received in "new" condition.

Report Any Missing Accessories or Parts Immediately:

Check your product upon receipt. If you notice any missing accessories or parts, you must report this to us within the first 5 days to prevent a restocking fee for those missing items should you return it. We are Not Responsible for Personal Data and Effects:

Please remove any and all personal information and files from returned or exchanged cellular phones, tablets, and computers. Please remove any and all personal effects from returned or exchanged products, including media (CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, memory cards, etc). We are not responsible for any personal data or any personal effects left on, in, or with the returned product.
