Returns & Exchanges

No exchanges or refunds, manufacturer’s warranty ONLY.
All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Daniels Home Center as all sales are final, authorized only by the Daniel’s Home Center Manager via email. (not by the sales representative) All returned merchandise must be in the original condition as when purchased. A valid receipt is required. Applicable delivery fees on exchanges or returns will be charged to you.
Guarantee does not apply to linens, Protect-All protectors, special order items or “AS IS”, Clearance merchandise. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as two way shipping charge.

Mattresses are not returnable.

Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in store credit only.

Daniel's Express Program Return Policy

Merchandise that was shipped via FedEx/UPS may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt at our ANAHEIM LOCATION.

You may not cancel, change quantities, or alter the delivery address once items have been purchased.
Shipping back or dropping off at our Anaheim location will also be at the customer's expense unless refused at time of delivery. Once item(s) are received and processed, refunds are generally issued within ten (10) business day. Daniel’s Express items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

As-Is Merchandise

All as-is merchandise sales are final. Daniel’s Home Center does not accept returns.
